High Voltage Spark Tester
100% on-line spark testing of insulation (2.5–15 kVAC) to catch pinholes and thin walls.
Kelvin Bridge / Micro-Ohm Meter
Conductor resistance measured and corrected to 20°C per IS 8130 / IEC 60228.
Insulation Resistance Megger
IR testing at 500 V / 1000 V DC; results recorded per batch in MΩ·km.
Thermocouple Calibration Bench
Comparison against reference sensors to verify Class 1 / Class 2 / Special Limits tolerance.
Thermal Aging Oven
Heat aging and hot-set checks for silicone, PTFE and fiberglass insulations.
Dimensional & Mechanical Lab
Micrometers, profile checks, tensile and elongation tests on conductors and insulation.

Alloy & copper purity, wire gauge, plating thickness, insulation compound checks before use.
2. In-Process Inspection
Wall thickness, concentricity, lay length and braid coverage checked during production.
3. 100% Routine Testing
Spark test, continuity, conductor resistance and polarity on every finished reel.
4. MTC & Dispatch Release
Batch-traceable Material Test Certificate issued; third-party inspection welcome.
